For patients

Do you live in a collectivist culture (African, Asian [including Turkey and Arab countries] or South American countries), or do you or your parents come from such a culture, and are you suffering from mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosomatic disorders, addiction and dependency disorders, work-related and performance-related disorders, nightmares, sleep disorders and related problems (see ICD-10)?

We offer depth psychology-based psychotherapy, either in person or online, which can help you alleviate and heal your disorders and suffering.

Please feel free to send us an email with your contact details so that we can get in touch with you.

Sessions are planned according to your individual needs and within a framework designed to maximise your chances of recovery.

Your privacy is strictly protected. If you would like to undertake psychotherapy, please send me an email with the subject line ‘Contact regarding treatment’.

It is best to provide your contact details so that I can reach you via WhatsApp or by telephone.

Therapy – Online or In-Person

Psychotherapy is available both online and on-site at our practice in Germany. If a personal visit isn't possible, sessions can be arranged virtually. Appointments are flexible and scheduled based on your individual needs to support effective progress.

How to Get in Touch

To request therapy, please email with the subject line “Contact for Treatment.” Include your contact details so we can reach you via WhatsApp or phone. Your privacy is strictly respected.

Individualized Treatment Approach

Therapy is tailored to your unique situation and may involve parents when treating children or adolescents. Change takes time—especially when working through deep-rooted emotional patterns—but consistent, guided support makes lasting progress possible.
