For patients

Do you live in a collectivist culture (African or Asian countries [including Turkey and Arab countries] or South American countries), or do you or your parents come from such a culture; and are you suffering from mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, psychosomatic disorders, addiction and dependency disorders, work and performance disorders, nightmares, and sleep disorders and related problems (see the International Classification of Diseases, ICD-10)?
We offer you, either in person or online, psychotherapy based on psychodynamic psychology (clinical), which can help to alleviate and treat your disorders and suffering.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and take place within a framework specifically designed to maximise your chances of recovery.

Your privacy is strictly maintained.

If you would like to receive psychotherapy, please send an email with the subject line ‘Enquiry regarding therapy’. Please include your contact details so that we can get in touch with you via WhatsApp or by phone.

Therapy – Online or In-Person

Psychotherapy is available both online and on-site at our practice in Germany. If a personal visit isn't possible, sessions can be arranged virtually. Appointments are flexible and scheduled based on your individual needs to support effective progress.

Individualized Treatment Approach

Therapy is tailored to your unique situation and may involve parents when treating children or adolescents. Change takes time—especially when working through deep-rooted emotional patterns—but consistent, guided support makes lasting progress possible.
